You should apply with the Fund Office at least 3 months prior to the date you intend to retire. You will need to provide proof of your age, proof of your spouse’s age (if married), and your marriage license (if applicable). If you served in the military, please submit a copy of your discharge papers. If you have been married or divorced, please submit a full copy of your divorce decree and marital settlement agreement that includes language regarding your former spouse’s right to, or waiver of, a portion of your pension benefit.
Yes, a current address needs to be on file with the Fund Office for mailing of tax documents and newsletters. The Fund Office is constantly sending important information and needs to know when your address changes. If the Fund Office does not know where you are living, your pension or disability benefit may be suspended until you notify the Fund Office, in writing, of your new address.

You can create a user account in Central Laborers’ MemberXG (Pension/Annuity Portal) found on the Home Page to access your benefit and related information (as applicable).
You can complete and submit a Release of Personal Information Form found in the Forms Gallery so your Local Union can contact Central Laborers’ on your behalf.
Please designate a beneficiary if you do not already have one on file; you can confirm your primary beneficiary by accessing your MemberXG account or contacting the Funds’ office. You are encouraged to review your existing beneficiary designations if you experience a major life change like marriage, divorce, or death of your beneficiary.
Please complete the Central Laborers’ Pension Fund Pre-Retirement Designation of Beneficiary Form found in the Forms Gallery and send the original signed form to the Funds’ office.Â
Yes, and please provide a copy of the death certificate for Central Laborers’ records.
Please contact the Fund as soon as possible; you will also need to complete/provide a new direct deposit authorization form.Â
